From my experience, being a real estate pro really comes down to being a “knowledge broker”.

Of course, it involves having a broad range of skills and ideas, from market insight to negotiation expertise, from a clear understanding of contract law to the nuts and bolts of real estate finance, but above all it requires strong communication skills.
